A conservative Japanese organization which believes in growing at a steady pace. NSK India Sales Company Aka NISCo is sales arm of NSK, Japan. Though it's a sales company, there's no typical sales culture here. It's more about getting the right customer and building long lasting relationship with them. The company values it's employees and the work culture is conducive. There's good work life balance. Salaries are better than industry standards. Dislikes

At NISCo, positionwise growth potential is pretty low as it's a small organisation. One doesn't get to learn much unless he/she's in technical department. A process for everything is nice but at times it becomes too much for too small a thing.

Work Details

Work culture at NSK is good. People are supportive. Saturday and Sundays are off and generally nobody disturbs on weekends.
