“I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.

Dislikes

What I really dislike is that there is no room for growth in that company. It’s a small business, and as an accountant I cannot really move up the career ladder. Surely, I learned a lot with them, and I also believe that I helped them to save a lot of money with my work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
