Worst HR people in my life their mind them self it not healthy to deal with employees full-on negativity..& Admin team is tooo worst specially one who is sitting in reception.HOD uses abusive words.useless IT team does nothing always rude.....most arrogant finance team always divert issues to HR department. Once you enter floor management is very serious no smiles they make your life suffocating and it’s effects once mental health. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
