I worked with NowFloats almost for 32 months and I took 2 times appraisals in first year I got 30%and in second year 20% so there is no doubt salary/appraisal are good in nowfloats.No politics ,job security and the working environment was very friendly 😊.

Company product is very nice but After selling the product there are very poor management for serving to client. and the class of retention department is not good.

I was in retention Department but there are only force on me to generate the revenue from client. 95 % client is not satisfied from us and i had given to suggestion for improvement but no buddy listen me..that why i leave the job
