Accor brand Novotel is a good brand to work with, there are opportunities for growth.

Dislikes

Novotel and other hotels of Accor are owner driven, hence they behave as per owner's requirements and not as per Accor. Salaries are average, not much scope for salary growth until and unless you are well in tune with the owners. Job security also depends basis your relationship with the owners and not as per your caliber.
