Biggest drawback of Novo Nordisk is strict top to down management. There's no feedback or surveys taken from Employee of what changes they want. They wont let you work from home and force everyone whatever suituation you might be to come to office. Office timings are again not suitable for many 8-4.30. Its too early to wake up and travel in Bangalore traffics!

Some department units are headed by managers which are incompetent and not supportive. They don't understand the concern of employees and not helping in resolving the issues. Persons working there are complaining in nature and instead of helping new employee, they will complain about you to manager and provide negative feedback.

Despite of all the good work and efforts of an employee, there will be no appreciation. If one sacrifices their self-respect and follow everything their manager says, will survive here even without doing any work.
