Little bit of work life balance is there otherwise nothing to be liked.

Dislikes

It's ok to start but not to stay longer here than 6 months for both freshers and experienced. Management behaves like a dictator. Company's reputation amongst medical fraternity is very bad because of it's weak strategy.

Company is having good products.

Dislikes

They are having HIRE AND FIRE strategy. They want business from the next day of joining and if you can't deliver it in one month, they'll fire you without thinking even once. There are so many examples I've seen when I was working with them which made me feel so uncomfortable.
