Company Culture are good management are good but use politics in work but some people are not good without any reason having ego.

I am working with organization as a Asst Manager Warehouse kamothe 2.5 years when my appraisal time then company say me we dont work with continued so please leave the organization. Please dont join warehouse because here manager are not good behavior with employee.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
