Good teammates, job security, lots of fun at work, work-life balance, management is reachable, transparency, no politics, training, professional work culture, all in all everything is good except the one which i mentioned below in the dislike tab....

Dislikes

Very less hike. few projects of theirs have no learning and unfortunately I was in one of them. However, they get some nice projects where you can really learn.

Work Details

My work was very very boring and monotonous

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
