Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The company is progressive, But The Mangers and seniors do not value individual's strength and opinion. specially for women employees there is no safety or comfortable working environment. the company has illiterate people as on higher possession because of them experience , nothing much.who did not deserve it. also there is no jobtraining for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is pain sometimes. foe me this organization experience was worst and nothing i get fr them for my future growth .the staff of that organisation work as in team not for company growth but to tease a female employees . i personally faced many challenges in that organization just because I AM women . The environment of this office is totally PATHETIC....Read More
