I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company is progressive, But The Mangers and seniors do not value individual's strength and opinion. specially for women employees there is no safety or comfortable working environment. the company has illiterate people as on higher possession because of them experience , nothing much.who did not deserve it. also there is no jobtraining for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is pain sometimes. foe me this organization experience was worst and nothing i get fr them for my future growth .the staff of that organisation work as in team not for company growth but to tease a female employees . i personally faced many challenges in that organization just because I AM women .
