Nill job security for above manager positions. Position that play crucial role in major projects or real mean to management. Even if any wrong happens where employe is nothing to with but still management acts as per their needs. More layoffs just because wrong middle management and higher management. No proper promotion and appraisal system. Some effort was taken but no action on results

Work life balance. You can leave by 5 pm. Nobody bothers you after official hours. Saturday and Sundays are weekly off.

HR as well as HR policies are not in sync with current industrial norms or people centric resulting in high attrition rate. Company issues blanket circular and increases the notice period irrespective of agreed notice period at the time of joining and deduct the notice pay for extended period also at the time of leaving the organization or make employee serve for complete term of 3 months even if they are ready to pay notice shortfall, which is in a bad taste and doesnt reflect well towards the organization image. There is no transparency with respect to rewards, recognitions, appraisals and promotions. It depends on relation with highly incompetent dept heads rather than on performance. Plus no chance of academic growth / skill enhancement. So called Department Heads have zero relevant experience and being authorized to lead project teams leading to employee dissatisfaction, hampering of relationship with clients and organization image deterioration, which is sad for an organization of such repute....Read More

Housing society is very neet and clean family life is safe and enjoyable

Dislikes

1- Internal politics ( target to outsiders). 2-Job safety is serious concern. 3-Languge barrier (99%) discussions/meeting base language always in Marathi. 4- Variable of salary is not received in hand as per comitted during joining by HR representative.

- 5 days working at corporate office - best for mid level management - skill development opportunities for lower level management - good for extra curricular activities

Dislikes

- poor appraisal cycles - futuristic plans are never clear
