Good company to join for, great perks like Spark points, unlimited sick leaves, flexible work timings, great appraisal in the range of ~10%(atleast for analyst roles).

Dislikes

You will have to work on multiple projects simultaneously and it gets pretty hectic with multiple urgent requests comes from multiple stakeholders. A lot depends on the management of your team as well.

People once worked in Novartis are habituated with working to confined tasks and can't explore work beyond comfort zone. Outside company culture can be disaster for the people associated for long term with Novartis. Once company cuts down the head count, difficult to get another job, due to confined work area knowledge and exposure.
