Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It's good working at Novanet, teammates were super helpful, good work life balance , a good opportunity to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

Can't say for all cases, but in my case Growth was slow . Other things are good

I learned a lot from my work . My was to add new features on our app in Android and iOS
