This is my first job and very bad experience. The team leader was more focused on assigning blames rather than helping the team succeed. There is poor leadership and heavy presence of office politics. No opportunities for appraisal and raises.

My old company made us feel included by actively involving us in meaningful work assignments. The environment fostered a sense of teamwork and belonging, making us feel like a family.

Although we worked as a team, individual contributions often went unrecognized. Additionally, salary increments lacked consistency and transparency, which could have been managed more fairly.

We have opportunity to work on both front and back end technologies. Helping colleague and teammates. For freshers we have opportunity to learn a lot.

Most of the project has old technology so experienced person has less space to learn about new technology.

I attended the interview where the lady who interviewed me asked me a disrespectful question unrelated to the job. I don't want to mention her name. Company images will be spoiled by people like her, so it is better for the company to terminate her.The question she asked me made me disturbing and hurt me
