I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is only 1 thing which I feel good, That is salary system. Every month you get your salary on 31st,end day of thr month.

Dislikes

Very worst working culture..Doctors behaviour is so rude and management is very biased.toxic people sitting on upper level...there is no justice. A good employee cannot adjust with this organization. Tremendous mental pressure...and overall job security is very poor... If you are eligible for oil buttering then go for but otherwise pls don't go.
