Job is quite fun considering it is required to be very creative with the outputs. Most of the crowd comprises youngsters, easy to make friends and the office is not in the outskirts of the city which makes it easy for the employees to reach office on time. The shift timings are also flexible according to the employee's preference.

The work environment is quite loose, no motivation is given by the management. The targets are sometimes set way too high, forcing employees to stay back and work through the nights.
