i was an Asian Chef and recruited for that skill but they put me in French bistro and even when i bought the ratings and customer satisfaction high they never considered that , the chefs on top always wanted to discriminate and push their guys on top no support and they blamed me for no reason and offered me with down grade of my position, by which i was forced to leave the job before the contract was over, one cant judge a Pan Asian chef in French restaurant, bad experience overall, In galley its all of GOA/ gang to be precise they simply dose not want any of other south Indians to shine, or their skills never matter...Read More
