Worst Condition after marger with Slice Fintech. Employees are being targeted and being forced to resign, if don't resign terminating on the name of PIP(Just 1 Month, With a un realistic and Hige target)

I have working on This organisation since 2017 as Assistant Manager. It was fair until last year. Now Slice has instructed the bank to reduce expanses and reduce existing employee load to replace with their employees. Bank is bound to do that as now Slice is Backend player. CAR is below the required position. Most of My senior Managers have already resigned.
