Problems have a quick solutions. All employees act like a family. No inner politics. Very nice to work if branch doesn't suffer from ober due loans.

Dislikes

Salary very low for freshers. Too much tiers for promotion. Less incentive and bonus. Recovery always upon branch.

Worst environment. No difference bw sales & ops team.every1 is NPA collection agent. U have to work on sundays 4get abt 2nd &4th sat day off. U have to report to d BMs who doesn't know how to read & write English. U have to sit at d office late till ur BM leaves even after ur duty is finished. Every week fd login day,LI contest.lots of nepotism

Hr is just a toy of management. No banking work culture. Lots of favoritism. Fight b/w micro finance & banking. GPS, a useless post, thinks themselves as ministers. Security guards do job of GPS.GPS just sleep & enjoy. BMs promoted from MMB r uneducated, doesn't know throughly abt banking. Micro finace people hates new comer bankingpersonals. No 2nd 4th sat off. Even u have to work on sundays. No training. Not even canteen to have lunch. U have to take lunch infront of everyone....Read More

I like North East small finance bank, because this is first bank in North East that RBI have given license, and it's financial service have given mostly to the poor people but who really wants to work and earn daily where other bank dint give to them

Dislikes

No training is provided to the new join people, and internet banking facility is not provided to current account holder, and salary growth is almost negligible.
