Proud to be introduce NESFB is a commercial and schedule bank but as a member/employee l must say that organisation needs more steps to upgrade.

This organisation have a lots of dirty politics between the staff, Career growth is very lazy. There is no any incentives system against any products in my working days.

It is newly establish bank. So lots new things come in. Like huge paper work. And posting far away from home . some small things. Proper training for new product not for Manager level aslo for below grade employee. Because they have to work on this product. So need to proper training. That's it. At 1st I also talk about newly established bank so hope its a small problem its need to be solving just few time. To select people who need a loan then go their home and verify business area and verify KYC Documents.Past loan status and fillup loan application form and after sanction their loan we disburse and also we need to collect their EMIs as per role.
