I worked at NESFB 3 Years. In these years I get so many staff, culture and environment, I fell that there is so taugh to work as a BDE because there is so many pressure of this job. Overall company policies are good. But in the role of BDE company give low bonus and hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company give low bonus and compensation.
