It gives us flexibility and its good to start your career there. The environment is very friendly. I loved working there.

Work Details

The work was very interesting and I got to learn many things from not just my mentors but with everyone with whom I was sharing the platform. Each and everyone is so motivated and energetic, you will automatically feel good about it.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
