The Company of Nokia Networks is good company but if you a job in Nokia Networks in Noida so i suggest to everyone that don't join because the staff of Nokia networks Noida is very very bad the work environment is so so bad you cant live your life fearless here your senior don't care that you are sleeping in your home or you went tohome after night shift they will call you and give you pressure they give you stress no matter you are right or wrong they cant accept that you are right they will always tell you different different thing always and if you will say anything or if you will proof that you are right and they are wrong so they have a trick they will give warning and that warning will about your jobs every time they will tell you if you will do this then job will loose if you will do that so you will loose your job and this means if you will work here so you have to do flattery if you can do then whatever you will do that will be great and if you cant do flattery then whatever you will do that all will be wrong wrong and wrong so i suggest to everyone once again don't go and don't join Nokia Networks in Noida but yes you have Nokia Networks job offer except Noida so go and join Nokia is the best company. and if anyone have any doubt whatever i write here and if you have offer letter of Noida office and don't do anything just go in Nokia networks Noida and join that company you will believe me after joining Thank You...Read More

Nokia is a best place of you are looking out for a stable job and secure stay. In my 14 yrs of career I have seen very less or least corporate politics in Nokia. I don't want to generalise that for the whole company becoz I have worked for 3 different teams at Nokia. So that's my opinion. Sometimes people are extremely rude and headstrong here, becoz they have lived their whole life here and they think it's their own place. Everybody has the same opinion about pay and promotion. But I personally feel Nokia is paying a bit less than the market trend, however their policies are fair enough. At the end of the day, the more you earn, the more tax you pay, so it's one and the same.

It totally depends on project based work. as per in BSNL project i will start my career (1.2 years experience) with Nokia which good know and upgrade my skill much better.

Dislikes

After 2 years I was joined again Nokia with Vodafone project but here work environment is not good for any employees such L1 and L2 mostly. At the last Nokia is best company in my careers but need to join you must check about project derail and work environment. Thanks.

The overall experience working at Nokia has been quite positive. The flexibility to manage personal and professional life, supportive cowerkers, and understanding line managers are definitely key factors in enjoying a workplace. I always listen from employees whoever joined Nokia don't eant to leave.
