Its depends on the account & team you work for. Job security is much better here when compared with other companies in same domain. Have worked in global & circle teams (across multiple locations & for different vendors). In some places work-life balance is very good. No much pressure on targets or time lines. There were some customers who were very understanding & supportive.

Major problem is salary/compensations in some functions like global. Will find huge inequality in salary slab especially in global setup. Circle teams usually will not have such issues. But the only problem here is promotions due to very less number of people working. About learning part, its very tough here. You have to learn everything on your own. There are few portals for that. But still its difficult to manage especially on the newly introduced nodes....Read More

Liked my work in circle team. It was challenging but gave me the satisfaction on new learning. Manager here are very straight & friendly. Rewards people purely based on work. Worked in global too. Seen lot of politics at every level (horizontal/vertical).

It totally depends on project based work. as per in BSNL project i will start my career (1.2 years experience) with Nokia which good know and upgrade my skill much better.

After 2 years I was joined again Nokia with Vodafone project but here work environment is not good for any employees such L1 and L2 mostly. At the last Nokia is best company in my careers but need to join you must check about project derail and work environment. Thanks.
