Job security depends on your work ethics and behaviour. Work culture is good enough to perform. Managment is cooperative besides this company policies are not bad but you have to take stand sometimes. But it is really a nice institute to start with and to get initial experience further one can decide on the basis of salary and theirbonding with other working collegues and students.
