Everything is poor. Management is greedy and only concern about collecting fee and close his eyes for better ment of students. Middle management is incapable and cunning.

There is nothing which can be appreciated accept the campus and colleagues( but that depends)

No promotions and increments. Lot of descrimination. Your teaching efforts and quality ,No is going to consider. Even if you are best teacher and performing all duties and your students are satisfied but that is not countable.

No scope for progress. Polices are anti employees.

Job security depends on your work ethics and behaviour. Work culture is good enough to perform. Managment is cooperative besides this company policies are not bad but you have to take stand sometimes. But it is really a nice institute to start with and to get initial experience further one can decide on the basis of salary and theirbonding with other working collegues and students. The company only focuses on pressurising doctors on admitting patients even if they are not the candidates for admission. Dictatorship at its best. Keeping the doctors salary is what they like doing at the end of the day. Disgustingly hopeless institute.
