Job security depends on your work ethics and behaviour. Work culture is good enough to perform. Managment is cooperative besides this company policies are not bad but you have to take stand sometimes. But it is really a nice institute to start with and to get initial experience further one can decide on the basis of salary and theirbonding with other working collegues and students. NIU is not a good university to be a part of. Salary comes once in a while (not monthly). No salary was given during entire lockdown however online classes were taken by teachers. Feb salary got credited in June. Today is 4 septemebr, no salary received from may , june, july and august. Also only 45% salary was given fro april. there are no growth opportunities. Washrooms are hell. Same washroom for students , cleaning staff and teachers which is very embarrassing. Unhygenic washroom causes health issues to many staff members. No soap, no sanitiser, no RO water. Overall not worth to work with. Even they don't have a photocopy machine in the building for students and faculty. No personal computers for faculty !!...Read More
