Everything is poor. Management is greedy and only concern about collecting fee and close his eyes for better ment of students. Middle management is incapable and cunning.

NIU is not a good university to be a part of. Salary comes once in a while (not monthly). No salary was given during entire lockdown however online classes were taken by teachers. Feb salary got credited in June. Today is 4 septemebr, no salary received from may , june, july and august. Also only 45% salary was given fro april. there are no growth opportunities. Washrooms are hell. Same washroom for students , cleaning staff and teachers which is very embarrassing. Unhygenic washroom causes health issues to many staff members. No soap, no sanitiser, no RO water. Overall not worth to work with. Even they don't have a photocopy machine in the building for students and faculty.
