Nothing but I would like to say several things which is listed below

1. Work life balance is too bad 2. They will be promising you with several benefits in salary but it is not given even if you perform good. 3. they will not double pay you on national holidays instead they will give you comp off that too in condition by manager's approval where you cannot take comp off in sat, sundays and fridays 4.working hours per week is 54 to 72 hrs where if you are in middle of the city you cannot reach at correct time. 5. tools and tech is awful and cannot be explained 6. I worked in a desk job where everything will be carried out in google services which is totally unrelated as per industrial standards and pay is less compared to other companies and competitors. 7. sunday is not a holiday for most of the designations whereas you can take leave on monday or some other weekdays....Read More

No 3rd interruptions your work and taks. Well compensations.

Dislikes

No proper mentoring/support/KT and fixed policy. High attrition rates. Using of only Google spreadsheet OJT is not proper as they didn't have any proper training modules. Communication happens through whatsapp which leads to personal space interference.

Toxic as hell culture. They don't even consider you as a human. They will not approve leaves even if the person is sick. Salary is too low as per market. Forget hike, they'll offer you almost half of your past salary because they don't have budget. No growth potential. They'll deduct your salary for not completing talktime when the clients are not receiving calls. There are better companies with better culture and salary, there's no point of joining this company unless you're a fresher and you're not getting a job anywhere....Read More

Here we have lot of freedom in work space and free lunch and good team members You will always get better support from your team management.

In NBH Salary is worst part, here we can't compare with current market Salary on your role. The hike percentage is very less. There will no IJP release on every 6 months. Especially higher level people don't give any value to who don't generate revenue to the company and they don't value Softwar Team. Always give high preference to .com people. We can't able to request for Cab facilities and 2 days week off. They don't provide WFH facility for few departments. Lot of partiality in internal management....Read More

Their job is to collect data and lure other company's staff to join them and misuse them and then harass the employee, even saying that F&F has been frozen, nothing is good for me, working in this company after no break is like shooting yourself in the foot

By working here, I got to learn a lot, I became good at English, got the confidence to talk to customers and also got to learn Excel.

Chutti There is no fix for leave and there is no fix for time. The area has increased. The job is for the employee.
