Work life balance and Hire - Fire culture. However it depends on your manager to some extent but overall same situation. They don't give promotions even after good achievements. Terrible work processes and SOPs. It's a complete field job

In NBH Salary is worst part, here we can't compare with current market Salary on your role. The hike percentage is very less. There will no IJP release on every 6 months. Especially higher level people don't give any value to who don't generate revenue to the company and they don't value Softwar Team. Always give high preference to .com people. We can't able to request for Cab facilities and 2 days week off. They don't provide WFH facility for few departments. Lot of partiality in internal management....Read More

Their job is to collect data and lure other company's staff to join them and misuse them and then harass the employee, even saying that F&F has been frozen, nothing is good for me, working in this company after no break is like shooting yourself in the foot

1. They don't give time to freshers,after 1 month if a new joinee have 0 revenue then they put him/her on PIP . So In my point of view they give some to the freshers. 2. Higher authority doesn't listen about the situation of the employee.

Worst company they will send offer letter and every thing then they will tell we will provide training then they won't select such a worst hr s won't reply for calls and message s irresponsible towards the staff, and the training amount they told u will receive it after 50 days, and send termination letters with out seeing the work they just terminate the employees thu such a worst company don't ever join...Read More

By working here, I got to learn a lot, I became good at English, got the confidence to talk to customers and also got to learn Excel.

Chutti There is no fix for leave and there is no fix for time. The area has increased. The job is for the employee.
