A bit hactic wrokplace as there are holidays mentioned in listing but you may be asked to work compulsorily on holidays as well & compoff would be given as per company when they want. Also on weekoffs you cant get off your company cellphone &

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is field ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good work environment. Work becomes really easy with a very good team. Seniors were really supportive. Have outings every month funded by the company itself. Bonus is really good. If you're a committed person, can earn a lot through incentives

Company is very awesome but some Senior manager like Sr. KAM, FSD Department, Regional City Operation Manager are playing politics in the system and that's why employee are not taken career growth facilitie in this system. When employee are working in full positive manner some these type of manager are stoping him to do that type ofwork . That's why NoBroker hood are not taken growth.
