There is nothing to be liked. Poor leadership team. Poor management. Employee gets treated badly post their resignation they give fake promises to give hike pr appraisal post 6 months of your joining but when the time arrives they change their criteria or they will behaved nothing has been promised by their end. Nobody is there to listen to the employee’s problems they can only give you useless solutions e.g - if your manager is toxic please go to other floor and work from their instead of cross verifying the problems faced by the employee. Nothing to like about nobroker, it's such a toxic environment...No work life balance at all. Company does not have culture, they will not even give holidays for the festivals nor government holidays, always they will force to work.
No work life balance No promotions, we will do labour work some one will take promotions without any efforts... They will ask you to work extra hours more than 10hrs. There is no job security, they will simply hire but after a week they will start torturing you for the revenue No Holidays at all. Every month they will deduct your leave balance without taking leaves.

Someone's newborn pass and company ceo can only praise how the persons productivity was highest in team. Absolutely .....The person was back in office by 1 week after the baby was gone cause target was more important than emotionally supporting partner and crying for the baby. A pregnant lady is unwell yet had to come everyday forwork. She would cry in bathroom and team leader will listen but won't give any emotional support. Just a dry line about how her professionalism wasn't hampered by her physical state. That same colleague left the baby back in village, and could only go 1 day per month to see the kid. She saw the baby's first step, first words all milestones from mobile cause manager throught giving leaves, despite having 15 leave balance, would be favouring her over others. Unlikely the .... person, other knew the pain of pregnant lady. No one would have felt discriminated beyond the .... leader who micro manage people at every step. Will shout at you one moment then say sorry, as if that fixes things. Give long lectures about education and how to be feminine, how to dress, how to make up, how to behave etc but own behaviour was so atrocious every single day. Higher management knew about this mood wings without pregnancy but a****icking senior feet >>>> lower level employees comfort. So the .... person remained and all left. If the office is not bren mercury, will advise not to join. Highly unprofessional people. A manager shouts on his team in front of everyone. A manager takes his team inside cabin to feed them pizza cake etc...but hey at least this manager is better than heartless one. You can get drenched in rain, pass during an acc....ident, someone can be sick at home ,a earthquake can arrive in Bengaluru, but messaging before 7 am is needed. if you take two sick leaves in a month, you need to go to doctors in your condition for a note. or else no pay. How dare you aren't in office by 10am, despite stretching everyday till 8/8.30 pm?? How unprofessional. Can you leave one day early without hearing taunts as if it was a huge favour done to you akin to kidney transplantation?? Lol forget it. If you are someone who can tolerate bs seniors, lic. k their feet, nod to everything they say, let them shout at you as if you commited a sin, lay down your life for them, suffer me. ntal harrassment everyday, yet keep smiling and pretend all is fine with manager, like being watched 247, join this company and that one particular team which sits in other building, in an odd number floor. You will also be watched 247. You never know a simple discussion about tv serials, or news, or weather can determine you will get promotion or not. Everything is a test. Very worst Unit Heads 9 hrs shift in that 8 your Unit Heads will die for Targets. If the performance is low in the what’sapp group itself they will shame you. For every one hour productivity will be updated. They make us scare. Overall my ratings is 2 Better don’t join in this company it’s humble request.
