There are many reasons to not work in this company. Must read if you are looking to work in this company. 1- Once you are getting over your training period which means after 3 months. They will start torturing you to work 12 hours. I was working as a Relationship manager in customer support But they made targets in there also and ifyou will not achieve any target they will disturb you whole day .. call you many time during the work and the. Say to complete the work after the shifting also. And ask you to leave office if you cannot accept their that kind of pressure.. pressure you give resignation also They are basically doing a business hiring. Every employee which give a referral.. they will get 7500 when the person will join..and work for 40 days.. so that is the business.. Unit head and team lead refer to many persons. Some of them get joined.. and once they are completed their training period they will start game to pressure that perosn to leave and once they leave.. they do the same refer thing.. these things happens on monthly basis. No timing not even in customer service. Totally disappointed to work in this company. They are hiring in bulk because people leaving this company in bulk....Read More
