No understanding for the employee at all as the Unit head and manager was so corrupt that they lack behind understanding anyone's situation and if ask for leave than it will mark as LOP even if the reason is genuine. The authority stands at the first to deduct an amount of salary without any reason and if asked for it then they would ignore by stretching the days. Work from home nor leave even for a single day was not allowed if the person is suffering from some health issues So the environment in nobroker is highly toxic where no one can stay and work there permanently with a peaceful mindset.
