Even when you take serious matters to HO or top management things back fire and at the end of the day you will be penalised for acting brave. No one has zeal to take the company to top. No one cares for another person. Least bothered about customers..

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure was very high. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Senior Management do not value an individual's unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
