Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They need to enhance some work culture like , There is a particular time when to start the work or when to end. Every employee has a life apart from the office work . So it needs to be maintained.

I don't dislike anything , because I was working from home . But just one thing want to share that , please limit your working time . We are working in a company , that doesn't mean , we sold our life to the company .
