I like the working environment it's quite good.

Dislikes

they provide most of the benefits only to those who are come under nlc but they are so many people working as a contract labour who did most of the production work get nothing and they are wages are only 5 % of the big workers and they don't have job security and leave for urgent like that. all the benefits are only made for nlc employeers not for the people work there on contract

Hi.. I belong to civil engineering discipline.. First I would thank Nlc for this opportunity... Being a girl in civil and getting opportunity to grow is really really tough.... But the experience I got here is like too good... It was a 1yr GAT training... But actually worth it.i was posted in mine2. it gives u a good working knowledge... Our head was like a pro in the field... He not only thought us subject but also how to be a good colleague...nlc people are way too talented... Humble and kind.... Very very friendly... Also strict when comes to work... You get a good stipend amount... Rooms to stay .. Free Medical card in Nlc hospital ..at the end you will get a certificate which adds a boon to your resume.. You have a special training on skill development followed by a test which helps you to improve your personality and career.. I wish Nlc for their future projects.. Hoping soon to reach maharatna.. And I would suggest anyone from civil can take your GAT training here......Read More
