Nothing, but good for Data Entry Operators.

Dislikes

Salary gets delayed for 2 months and some times 3 months. Even a person earning Rs. 60,000 also works here just like a person earning Rs. 20,000 does. There is no salary hike. Even the contractors do not get paid on time. Whosoever knows it all, He also works as a data entry operator. Here, only two things we Used Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V that's it. There has no system. This is the worst company in my life. There is no date for salary. Contractor's payment is not made on time. They come to office and abuse. They throw out the staff from the guest house and lock it. The owner does not care.

Salary delayed by 3 months and there is no HR policy . When you leave the company they withhold your 2 months salary and never gave it to you. HR refused to give Relieving letter also. Worst ever company. Work like balance is very poor.
