There is no job security. Work culture are good also maintain TPM and 5s. Company policy are very bad for DET post, because after two years does not give up the profession.

Dislikes

Does not give up the profession after the training period. I work at sigma for two years but didn't extend after two years. Employees should be kept after two years.

I have gained a lots of experience like TPm, 5s, safety, quality, working culture, and I have gained practically knowledge on cnc machining. I wanted to stay at sigma but didn't keep.

Well, I don't have much to compare with still I feel, Sigma was quite a fair manufacturing company. Unlike some other companies, Sigma used to pay what one owed

Dislikes

Nobody there will help you in learning. You have to learn almost on your own. And how the HR or the supervisors talk to the employees is quite offensive. They don't refer to you as 'aap' instead they use 'tu' which is somewhat unacceptable.

Work Details

The work their was quite challenging. So you will have fun if you like work in pressure. It was good except the shiftings. I mean there were 3 shifts, morning to 3pm, 3 to 12am and then night shift. It kind of exhausting to work like that.

Of course that is an MNC company but the culture is like an MIDC work shop or Garage.

Most of the management team are from the shop floor, which means they previously were line operators. Still, right now they are pursuing the manager position(Monkey ke haath main talwar diye hai), and their thinking towards the highly educated person is very bad, even treat the educated person to leave the company as early as possible because they think that educated person will get promoted and their reporting will be changed.
