There is no job security. Work culture are good also maintain TPM and 5s. Company policy are very bad for DET post, because after two years does not give up the profession.

Well, I don't have much to compare with still I feel, Sigma was quite a fair manufacturing company. Unlike some other companies, Sigma used to pay what one owed

Nobody there will help you in learning. You have to learn almost on your own. And how the HR or the supervisors talk to the employees is quite offensive. They don't refer to you as 'aap' instead they use 'tu' which is somewhat unacceptable.

Work Details

The work their was quite challenging. So you will have fun if you like work in pressure. It was good except the shiftings. I mean there were 3 shifts, morning to 3pm, 3 to 12am and then night shift. It kind of exhausting to work like that.
