Those who are overloaded with work, are only pressured for more and more work, and those have no work, are never given work and they are applauded for no work only... but the overloaded person never gets applauded irrespective of completion of the work with 5% error.

As per company policy we have leave. But we can't take it. If you want a single day of leave your manager behave like you want his kidney and liver. You can't take leave. And after year end you can't in cash. As per policy we have half day. But we can't take it. Very bad KPI system. And more many things.

HOD's doesn't work at all, if any thing good happens then credit goes to them if anything wrong happen even after they directed people to do that they simply blame team members. 3. As the director doesn't have much skin in the business because of multiple other engagement HOD's are making fool.out of him. 4.no or next to none appraisal.

Give opportunity to all employee to work freely and the support from HOD in terms is good

Dislikes

Need to improve more in IT department in terms of response back of any difficulty and mail. Also need to upgrade the salary structure of 10 year old employee to make him satisfy to serve. Also need to incorporate pension for the retire employee.
