You will have new things to learn. How the system works, how mutual funds work, how insurance works, these type of things. Other than learning, there is nothing to benefit from this.

Everything. If you're a robot, it's fine. If you're not, then you'll be having serious problems. Worst company, if you have other options with less pay, choose that. Keep this as your last resort.
