Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is a lots of politics and the nanagement does not address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth us slow.There us a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign.

There is no ethics. Management peoples took decision at any moment without considering employees views. It's small startup running on false promises and with bad attitude. If you have any concern for your career the. Do not go with this startup.

Plz dont join .. They dont even give you offer letters. You are just a committion agent but you dont get your committions also as they cut your committions on the name of justification. Plz dont join this fraud company. No job security,no money and no respect.

According to me nivesh global is good..In that company there are some teams they play politics..They won't give salary nd commission also...They will cheat and if you ask salary they will block you in social media..At the time of joining they will give.one.comminent after that you have forgot comminent..
