In the RSO Delhi Office deployment is done by Persolkelly if you are joined this organization on third party payroll and Persolkelly provides the best services like on time salary, perks like insurance, assistant etc. and they will assist you in all the matters from Day 1 till your last working day. 2. Some employees of Persolkelly are great like Sanchita Shere, Vandana etc. 3. Cons : 1. Some peoples are worst in this organization hope you are not reporting to them like Akshat Goel & Sukhdev Kambooh. They expect your performance should be A one from the day one and when you will not perform as per their conditions and timelines they treat you like you are worthless and valueless employees. They treat you like you have no experience (even if you have more then 5 yrs of experience) and you don't know the way of work because as per them only they know how to work and expand or grow the organization because they are working in the same organization since last 10-14 years. I will pray they should get a promotion or get some new job in some good company and management will also expect the same from them what they are expecting from the new joiners then they will understand what the peoples under them are facing. They needs to understand that "professionalism is not all about making excels and ppts" apart from these things there are many learnable things. They should learn it. Good work environment and culture.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policy are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on tga job training is not given to new joiners.
