Some colleagues were a joy to work with. Senior would delegate the job and not continuously keep asking if it was done. Good support from some of the other team members

Dislikes

They will hire you for one thing but give you another job to do. No proper company policies. The company policy changes anytime in the year. No overtime. No paid maternity leave. Owners follow the hire and fire policy. Office space is not great. No canteen.. no facility to heat food. No proper HR person...that is managed by Accounts and the owner who don't even know what their policies are when asked....Read More

Dislikes

Training is an on & off procedure not followed religiously. Compared to the work pressure which is very high, when it comes to salary & appraisals they fail to deliver. No compensations for overtime & no act of appreciation. Terms & policy benefits are mostly to the company. Employees always suffer which is the worst part. No value for loyal employees.
