I recently interviewed with Nityo Infotech, and my experience left me with concerns regarding their unprofessionalism. After speaking with HR (Aman) & Senior Manager (Amit Gehlot),they initially requested an introductory video.However,shortly after our conversation,they unexpectedly requested contact information for three of my clients,Whom I might potentially bring to nityo infotech.This request stuck me as usual,as it's not customary for employers to seek client leads before an individual has officially joined the organisation. As far as management is concern, nityo infotech is best in that, required support with required pressure, no extra stress. working environment is great. overall I've learned alot from nityo, had a very great experience :)

Onboarding process & at the time of separation, overall process is poor.

Work Details

I was working as business development manager for APAC. my key responsibility was to bring certain stakeholders like CXOs, VP, Head & Directors to the table for 1st round of introductory call.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
