Promotion lavel is very poor and not good judge the skill lavel ,safety, environment condition is very poor and some difficulty to communicate with operator and other worker so I am not completely satisfied....Thanks for the team of NISSIN PVT.LTD.

Dislikes

Many time had to work under unnecessary pressure due to improper planning. Politics at junior level also permanent operator involved in this. Super senior directly talk to operator they by pass Engineer supervisor.

HR deptt is supportive to their empolyees, and good conveyance faclities. Extra allowance like overtime and 2 hour overstay allowance is also provided for staff. Bonus is not CTC salary part so inhand salary is good.

Dislikes

Politics and job insecurity is raising frequent job switching.
