The work culture is awesome, people are nice, flexible working time. A growth mindset and entrepreneurial thinking will develop. Every new work comes with new challenges.

Dislikes

Work-life balance can be critical.

Work Details

A complete product development cycle, including project planning, schematic & pcb designing, firmware coding, Software and finally product packaging. These are some technical work. There are few managerial works which are been done by me.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
