Every thing is going on perfectly/properly. But what the ground level staff is doing, nobody caring that. Actualy, what is ground level report is not sending to higher authorities. Our S/Guards are human being product. Some times report should be obtained from guards also, whether the grievances of guards are being listening by ground staff or not. Due to this contracts are being terminated by the client at Bhopal. Improvement is required on this....Read More
