Hi Everyone, Nirvasa D2C Health & Wellness Platform Amitoz Singh Rohit Nandal Anmol Kataria Ashish Khanna Sumeet Kaur Devender Sharma Jay Chauhan I would like to share my experience with Nirvasa Health & Wellness Platform. I joined the company as a Team Leader on December 1, 2022, and during my time there, I gained valuable knowledge and skills. Initially, everything seemed to be going well. However, due to some internal politics, I made the decision to resign, with my last working day on June 14, 2024. According to company policy, final settlements should be processed within 90 days. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any updates from the HR team regarding my final settlement amount. Their responses have been vague, simply stating that there are delays and that I need to wait longer. This lack of clarity and communication is frustrating, especially when it concerns something as important as salary. Based on my experience, I would advise potential employees to think carefully before joining Nirvasa. While the company may initially present a positive image, the reality can be quite different.
